Society Is Depressed About Anxiety

"Anxiety and depression where merely words thrown around by people who couldn't otherwise describe their daily frustrations"..

SO true, those words are thrown around so freely. You wouldn't say "I can't afford that suit today, I am so going to commit suicide" but people do say "I can't afford that suit today, I am so depressed." 

I'm not saying that people should be politically correct and walk on egg shells around people, just use the correct words when possible-
"I can't afford that suit today, I'm sad about that." Otherwise people with depression are met with disdain when/if they try to open up to others. For example "You're depressed, you and everyone else!" ha ha..
