Inspiration Is Your Innovation

We all get stuck in life.
Stuck at the bottom, stuck in the middle, stuck at the top or even stuck and then stunned as we travel rapidly from the highest heights back to a place where we must start all over again.

Relationships, business, family or friends could betray us. We can even betray ourself at times. But one thing is for sure, you are not defined by your situation. It will take a bit of time, but you have to find that inspiration-your child who depends on you, your inner light, your voice, even your anger at what transpired can be a driving force. Anger directed towards people is toxic as it rages within you, but it is just what you need at the gym when you need to get results and it is just the thing that you need when they say to you that it can't be done. You've done it before.
