Feel But Be Real

This is one of the best videos that I have seen in my life. Seriously.

If you don't like sports, then please just listen to the famous actors and those who have influenced many. It's important for every woman, man and child to try and take some of this onboard. It isn't sugar coating your life into a commonality, it is realistic.

My mum used these words nearly every day of my life. I listened occasionally, but I remembered every word when moments in life fell apart and I needed to "feel but be real." 

Maybe you aren't a champion, but you are important.
