My Retort To The Beauty Distort


Let's turn body acceptance and beauty  inside out. 

Keep eating well. 
Music whilst eating is ok. Television is not the best idea as you are distracted from savoring the taste and you may be distracted from the quantity that you are eating. 

Got a windowsil? Then grow your own herbs. Or buy an AquaFarm eco self cleaning fish tank and herb garden in one.

Keep negativity to a minimum, it's exhausting. Can't switch your brain off? Then walk it out. Go for a long walk after dinner, no mobile (unless for safety) or headphone distractions. Visually take in your neighbourhood. The walk will get your feel good endorphins flowing. Tests have shown that brain activity slows down when we turn on the television. But won't that settle me down for the day? Possibly. Good food, good walks through the community, good skincare, a really good nights sleep. That is beautiful.
