2020 when the world seemed to stop, we had more questions than answers, the closest to what was unprecedented was that of a world war, who survived that? 

Respect your elders, traditional elders we do not have, respect those older than you, we should say. And desperate times do not call for desperate measures, if we see reason. Those of us who worked in healthcare in 2020, saw the HOARDS of desperate faces and heard the desperate cries from parents.  I turned "We just don't know" into "We have spoken to our Australian Suppliers and this is what they are trying to do". Truthfully, without promises, calm for what was now, back then. That was one pharmacy. The calls for calm on TV came much later, with consequences.
