Up And Down Under

Philanthropic Icon
After 42 years, the famous Coca Cola sign started to slowly be disassembled to the dismay of the landlord...allegedly earning him around $250,000 a month in rent. The sign was constantly requiring upkeep and goodness knows what old gasses were in those tubes, but it served it's time well as one familiar draw card for our international guests in an era where Aussies allegedly rode a Kangaroo to school and to work. Those were the days, the Kangaroos could carry us easily in their pouch...😞
Then it stopped. Perhaps we  drank too much Coke, got heavy...alas poor Skippy, I knew you well.

Then we had a tarpolin painted to look like the Coke sign..no, just no.
Now it's back. IT'S A SIGN!!
Technically yes, but for the last...John-Farnham-concert/Hot-and-spicy-limited-edition-KFC/The-next-political-party-will-fix-things...time...?

Yes it's true, KMR Beaute was my own management consulting firm which helped businesses to grow (now I am hopefully helping people to grow and be happy as individuals and a valuable member of the community) with my own special request that each business somehow "Support The Community Which Supports Their Business". $upport and more...win/win. But don't force it, be sincere.

Coca Cola Amatil state that ALL proceeds (like wow, I am really happy with that) from the auction of this iconic sign will go to the Wayside Chapel. Lets see if we can make this a hit on Ebay. Help charity without getting hooked up to a direct debit agreement and do what you can in your own time...Spread The Word! It's up for auction!

I wonder how much the C in the sign is going up for?? 😍
Bidders will be able to grab the individual letters of the sign during a five- day online auction starting on September 7.
