Biannual Manual

A 6 monthly reminder as the planet changes season for us all.

Clean out your bathroom cupboards by checking the expiry date of last seasons cosmetics, sunscreens and makeup. Sun block and mascaras generally have a 6 month shelf life after they have been opened.

Your sun block may look fine, but it may have lost its efficacy. SPF 30 last summer could be more like an SPF 20 or SPF 15 if you use it the following summer. The large value packs may not be a lot of value to you if you live on your own and you don't partake in solar activities that often. That is a lot of sunscreen to dispose of in future unless you have a larger household that where you share products. Save money and minimise landfill-win/win.
Time's up?!
Book in a skin check for any moles or skin colour irregularities, every 6 months please. I have had several customers at work say to me that my reminder made them fearful, but thankful. A few even caught skin cancer in the early stages. DO IT Please.

Please read my blog titled "Spring Into Action" for my full story.
